Three Bird Roast - Turkey, Duck and Pheasant

Boned Turkey, stuffed with a Boned Duck, with a Boneless Pheasant and mallard breasts, filled with a pork, cranberry and apple sausage meat stuffing. Serves approx. 8 - 10 people

A boned out Free Range Turkey, which has been naturally reared, using old fashioned methods. This has been stuffed with a boned Gressingham Duck and then a boned Wild Lakeland Pheasant and wild Mallard breasts. The whole thing is filled with a pork, cranberry and apple sausage meat stuffing, we do leave the legs on, for that traditional look.

Serves approx. 8 - 10 people
