A Free Range Turkey, which has been naturally reared, using old fashioned methods. This has been stuffed with a Gressingham Duck and then a Wild Lakeland Pheasant. The whole thing is layered with a roast chestnut sausage meat and boned, so that the carving is simple, Although we do leave the legs on, for that traditional look.

Serves approx. 8 - 10 people

Leave to rest for at least 20 mins before carving
