Belted Galloway beef Silverside 2kg

Silverside is a lovely pot roasting Belted Galloway beef cut and is best cooked very long and slow in juices and ideally with something fatty like streaky bacon.

This is an amazing value cut of meat and is also great sliced cold for sandwiches (perhaps with some delicious Hawkshead relish - Hot Horseradish Sauce)
